Want to know one fact that is more certain than us being mortal beings? Every man wants to turn the woman of his dreams into the girl of his “man cave” as much as any woman wants to turn the man of her dreams into the man of her “doll-house” It is that simple, although it’s easier said than done. In other words “it is as simple as rocket science”, in other, other words, it is hard.

Best bet for every single man and woman to get their dream buddy is to narrow the angle down by making themselves a better candidate for the opposite sex.

How? By making sure all corners of your life are passable. Your corners include your attitude, smartness, personality and success to mention a few. A bigger angle though, is Fitness, and most of us especially young adults, whose life is now centred on clubbing, games, gossip, drugs and alcohol lag behind.

Being physically fit and getting a bit of muscle or shaping your curves is a bonus and the best part is, it can be a lifestyle for both parties. You feel healthier, more energetic, better self-esteem and with regards to this discussion, convert the odds of you actually getting your dream “someone” to your favour. As a last straw, it is safe to declare that fitness is vital to some extent.

Subsequently the core of this article is, how does one get fit physically? Well, there is more than one way to shine a penny, it is just a matter of which way do you prefer.

Business centred male and female personnel, are constantly busy and do not really have time to be spending hours in the gym and probably envision getting fit physically not an option in their lives. Fortunately, there are means to counter this idea and will not even take up much of their time.

(1) Eating healthy should become a priority: This means no more of those short minute break junk foods. Instead of that fizzy drink, how about juice from an apple or orange. As a sedentary worker you spend more time seated in the office, you lift light material like files at most.

This means that you are more likely to suffer from being obese or overweight since your workplace does not offer ground to be physically active.

Fruits and vegetables contain fibre, vitamins and minerals, these are vital nutrients for managing weight. It’s tempting to get take-out food or go out to lunch with co-workers, but eating out can quickly thin your wallet and fatten your waistline.

Instead, prepare a healthy sandwich the night before on whole-grain bread: with light protein like an egg or ham and more vegetables.

(2) Simple short bursts of exercises: These can be in form of walks each morning, better yet, jogging is a much better step up. After a 30 minute walk or jog, high blood pressure is kept at bay as your cardiovascular system is worked out. Chances of developing a host of diseases are narrowed meaning better focus on your job.

(3) The bicycle: The idea of a 30 minute walk or jog in the morning everyday might spook most individuals. It gives an imagery of a setting encompassed with too much fatigue and exhaustion. A simpler alternative would be riding a bike each morning, it is less demanding of your efforts and is a good fitness exercise at the same time. Something as simple as pushing pedals provides an aerobic workout which is great for the heart and blood vessels.
